Özet
İslam'ın ilk dönemlerinde eğitim-öğretim câmî merkezli olup, ilerleyen dönemlerde müstakil birer kurum olarak medreseler inşâ edilmeye başlanmıştır. Medreseler İslam dünyasında genellikle orta ve yükseköğrenim kurumları olarak faaliyet göstermişlerdir. Anadolu'daki medrese faaliyetleri ilk olarak Anadolu Selçukluları ile başlamış, beylikler döneminde de birçok medrese yapılmıştır. Osmanlı Devleti ile zirveye ulaşan medreseler, Cumhuriyet Dönemi'nde kapatılmıştır. Ancak bu dönemde de medreseler küçük çaplı da olsa gayr-ı resmi olarak faaliyet göstermeye devam etmişlerdir. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde İslam tarihinde medreselerin genel olarak geçmişi, Şark medreseleri, bu medreselerdeki eğitim-öğretim faaliyetleri, öğretim yöntemleri, eğitim kadrosu ve günlük yaşam incelenmiştir. İkinci bölümde de Şark medreselerinde okutulan ilimler, müfredattaki ders kitapları, kitapların içerikleri ve bu kitapların müellifleri hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. At the firs time sos Islam, the education was based on mosgues, but at later periods the madrasahs were contructed as private instutions. In general, this private instutions have worked as middle and high schools. The Works for madrasah in Anatolia, began with Anatolian Saljucks and lots of madrasahs werebuilt at the time of principalities. They reached their highest position at the times of Ottoman Empire and at the Republican period, the madrasahs were closed, but they continued their study illegaly at minimal rates. In the first part of the study, the history of madrasahs in Islamic history, the functioning of East madrasahs, education and training activites, teaching methods, education staff and daily life in these madrasahs are examined. In the second part, information about the sciences taught in East madrasahs, texbooks in the curriculum, the content of the boks and the authors of these boks are given.
