MetinBu dokümanda üç eksenli bir taşıyıcı sisteme monte edilmiş bir kamera vasıtasıyla siyah bir zemin üzerindeki dikdörtgen, kare, üçgen, daire, altıgen gibi değişik geometrik cisimlerin görüntü işleme yöntemleri kullanılarak tanınması ve cisimlerin farklı koordinatlardaki kutularda ayırt edilmesi işlemi anlatılmaktadır. Sistemin kontrolü PLC ve servo sürücü kartlar vasıtasıyla sağlanmıştır. Robotun düşey eksenine yerleştirilen bir kameradan alınan görüntü bilgisayar ortamında işlenerek, farklı rotasyon ve boyutlardaki geometrik cisimler ve onların merkez noktaları bulunmaktadır. Sonrasında düşey eksende bulunan pnömatik silindir ve bir vakum tutucu vasıtasıyla farklı koordinatlardaki kutulara yerleştirilmektedir.Öğe Bilyeli rulmanlarda zaman uzayında istatistiksel öznitelik çıkarımı ve yapay sinir ağları metodu ile hata boyutunun kestirimi(Otomati̇k Kontrol Ulusal Toplantısı, 2013) Bayram, Samet; Kaplan, Kaplan; Kuncan, Melih; Ertunç, H. MetinDönel makinelerde yataklama elemanı olarak kullanılan rulmanlarda meydana gelen arızalar, sistemin çalışmasını aksatan veya durduran nedenlerdendir. Bu çalışmada, bir milrulman sisteminde, belirli boyutlarda yapay hatalar oluşturulmuş rulmanlardan titreşim sinyalleri elde edilmiştir. Çalışmanın amacı, rulmanlarda meydana gelen arızaların boyutunu, yapay sinir ağları modelini kullanarak teşhis etmektir. Elde edilen titreşim verilerinin gerçek zamanda özellikleri çıkarılarak belirli ağırlıklarla çarpılmış, oluşturulan yapay sinir ağı modeline giriş olarak verilmiştir. Farklı arıza boyutlarına sahip rulmanların gerçek zamanda istatistiki özellikleri de farklı olmaktadır. Bu özellikler kullanılarak geliştirilen yapay sinir ağı ile rulmanlarda meydana gelen arızaların büyüklüğü, %100 bir başarı ile sınıflandırılırken, gerçek hata değerinin ise, ortalama %2 hata ile kestirildiği gözlemlenmiştir.Öğe The effect of bearings faults to coefficients obtained by using wavelet transform(IEEE 22nd Signal Processing and Communications Applications SIU, 2014) Bayram, Samet; Kaplan, Kaplan; Kuncan, Melih; Ertunç, H. MetinIn this study, artificial defects in various diameters are formed on inner race, outer race and ball bearing which are essential components of a bearing and vibration signals are collected by a data acquisition card from bearing-shaft setup. The signals acquired are decomposed from noise with wavelet transform; thus vibration signal resulting from normal operation of the system is obtained. The energy of noisy and noise-free signal is calculated and the wavelet coefficients that will be used in classifying are obtained. As a conclusion of experimental studies, the technique based on wavelet transform coefficients accomplishes the classifications of different bearings fault types successfully.Öğe Feature extraction of ball bearings in time-space and estimation of fault size with method of ANN(Proceedings of the 16th Mechatronika, 2014) Kaplan, Kaplan; Bayram, Samet; Kuncan, Melih; Ertunç, H. MetinFaults in bearings used in machines cause downtime and leads to catastrophic results on the machining operations. In this study, specific sizes of the artificial bearings defects are created and vibration signals were obtained from a shaft-bearing system. The purpose of this study is to diagnose the size of the defects occurring in bearings by using Artificial Neural Networks(ANN) model. Features of vibration data are extracted in real time and are multiplied with specific weights; then they were given as input to the ANN model. Statistical properties of bearings faults are observed that their values vary depending on fault dimensions in real-time. After analyzing the letters of the word and is compared with data in the database and the position of the letter/number is determined. The location determination is done with MATLAB image processing methods. Letters/numbers whose position is determined is held with vacuum holder and words is formed again. MetinIn this study, firstly it was explained the communication of aircraft and the system that commands the aircraft by means of android device. Then the classic PD controller and Fuzzy PD controller which are very important for height control has been applied in the system. Finally, the result performances obtained by these methods have been compared. In this study, a quarter car model was designed in MATLAB/Simulink and then this model was controlled respectively by using the methods PID controller and Fuzzy Logic controller for comparing this methods. Comparing both methods, PID control method outperforms fuzzy logic one.Öğe Prediction of bearing fault size by using model of adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system(IEEE 23rd Signal Processing and Communications Applications Conference, SIU, 2015) Kaplan, Kaplan; Kuncan, Melih; Ertunç, H. MetinCondition monitoring of bearings faults which have vital importance in machines and detection of faults earlier have very big importance in terms of disruption of process. In this study, certain sizes artificial faults are generated by the laser beam on inner rings of bearing and vibration signals are obtained from these bearings in a shaftbearing setup. It is aimed to diagnose the size of the defects occurring in the bearings by using adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) model in the study. After extracting the real-time features of obtained vibration data, they are multiplied by the specific weight and they are given as input to the generated classification model. It has been observed difference of features extracted from of 0.15 cm, 0.5 cm, 0.9 cm diameter inner ring faulty bearings created by the laser depending on size of faults. ANFIS classification model is developed by using these features and the size of the faults occurring in these bearings were calculated with an actual error 2.40 %. Then a error band are created with 0.1mm threshold value and it is observed that all the predicted values are inside this error band.Öğe Uçak yükseklik kontrolünde PD kontrolör ve bulanık mantık kontrolör performans karşılaştırması(Otomati̇k Kontrol Ulusal Toplantısı, 2015) Karakoç, Hüseyin; Erin, Kenan; Çağıran, Recep; Kuncan, Melih; Kaplan, Kaplan; Ertunç, H. MetinBu çalışmada, öncelikle Android cihaz kullanımı ile hava aracı ve hava aracını kumanda eden sistem arasındaki haberleşme modülü anlatılmıştır. Sonrasında uçak sistemi teorisinin esasları hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Uçuş kontrol sisteminde önemli bir yer tutan irtifa kontrolü için klasik PD kontrolör Bulanık PD kontrolör sisteme uygulanmıştır. Son olarak bu yöntemler ile elde edilen performanslar karşılaştırılmıştır. Elde edilen simülasyonlar sonucunda klasik PD kontrolör bulanık mantık kontrole göre istenilen uçak yüksekliğine daha az sürede ve daha kararlı şekilde ulaştığı görülmüştür.
