Özet

In this study, the creation of the text entered via the interface with letters/numbers on a black background have been studied with a camera mounted on three-axis carrier system. After analyzing the letters of the word and is compared with data in the database and the position of the letter/number is determined. The location determination is done with MATLAB image processing methods. Letters/numbers whose position is determined is held with vacuum holder and words is formed again. Carrying operation to determined position of letters/numbers.
