Özet
Teknolojinin gelişmesiyle birlikte eğitimin sadece yüz yüze ya da okulda olma zorunluluğu ortadan kalkmıştır. Günümüz şartlarında eğitim, zaman ve mekâna bağlı kalmadan herkese ulaşma imkânı bulmuştur. Eğitimin her kesimden insana ulaşmasında etkili olacak bazı yaklaşım ve yöntemler bulunmaktadır. Bu yaklaşımlardan biri de uzaktan eğitimdir. Bu bağlamda Fen eğitimi uzaktan eğitim yaklaşımı kullanılarak gerçekleştirilen disiplinlerden biridir. Hayatımızın her alanında yer alan fen öğretiminin etkili ve verimli olması oldukça önemlidir. Buradan hareketle mevcut araştırmanın amacı, uzaktan eğitim sürecinde yürütülen fen öğretiminin etkililiğini artırmaya yönelik uzman görüşleri doğrultusunda bütüncül bir bakış açısı geliştirmektir. Çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden biri olan Delfi tekniği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini daha önce uzaktan eğitim sürecinde aktif rol almış 2021-2022 eğitim öğretim yılında, Türkiye'nin 7 farklı bölgesinde Milli Eğitim Bakanlığına bağlı devlet okullarında görev yapan 14 Fen bilimleri öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Veri toplama aracı olarak araştırmacının hazırlamış olduğu yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ve bu formdan elde edilen veriler neticesinde düzenlenen anket kullanılmıştır. İlk turda alınan yanıtlar içerik analizi tekniği ikinci, üçüncü ve dördüncü turda alınan yanıtlar ise betimsel analiz tekniği ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda uzaktan eğitim sürecinde fen öğretiminin etkililiğini artırmaya yönelik 7 tema bağlamında 35 kriter belirlenmiştir.
Distance Education is an educational approach that has been used for many years. With the onset of the covid-19 pandemic in 2020, some changes have arisen in the educational process and the distance education approach has been used more frequently. Science education is one of the disciplines carried out by using a distance education method. It is extremely vital that science teaching, which takes place in all areas of our lives, is influential and efficient. This research aims to improve a holistic perspective by expert impressions intended for increasing the effectiveness of science teaching conducted in the online education process. The sample of the research comprises 14 science teachers who have previously taken an active role in the distance education process and have been working in public schools affiliated with the Ministry of national education in 7 various regions of Turkey in the 2021-2022 academic year. In the investigation, the Delphi technique which is one of the qualitative research methods has been utilized. As a data collection, the semi-structured interview form prepared by the researcher and the questionnaire organized as a result of the data obtained from this form have been used. Questionnaires and interview forms were transmitted to the participants via WhatsApp application, e-mail addresses and Google forms. The responses received in the first round have been assessed by content analysis and the responses collected in the second and third rounds have been analyzed by descriptive analysis method the thanks to Excel, the Microsoft Office program. As a consequence of the inquiry, 35 criteria have been determined in the context of the 7 themes intended for boosting the effectiveness of science teaching in the distance education process.
