dc.description.abstractBu çalışmanın amacı; öğretmenlerin örgütsel sosyalleşme ve yabancılaşma algılarına cinsiyet ve medeni durumun etkisini meta analiz yoluyla incelemektir. Geliştirilen tarama stratejisi doğrultusunda örgütsel sosyalleşme konulu cinsiyet değişkenini içeren 11, medeni durum değişkenini içeren 4; yabancılaşma konulu cinsiyet değişkenini içeren 27, medeni durum değişkenini içeren 20 çalışma meta analize dâhil edilmiştir. Çalışmada okul kademesi ve coğrafi bölge değişkenleri açısından moderatör analizi yapılmıştır. Tüm meta analizlerde rassal etki modeli temel alınmıştır. Çalışmada, Excel, Comprehensive Meta-Analysis programlarından yararlanılmıştır. Analiz sonuçlarına göre örgütsel sosyalleşme konusunda, örgüt dili tarihi alt boyutunda erkek öğretmenlerin kadın öğretmenlere göre ve örgüt politikası alt boyutunda evli öğretmenlerin bekar öğretmenlere göre örgütsel sosyalleşme algılarının düşük düzeyde daha yüksek olduğu görülmüştür. Yabancılaşma konusunda ise Anlamsızlık ve Yalıtılmışlık alt boyutunda erkek öğretmenlerin kadın öğretmenlere göre ve yine yalıtılmışlık alt boyutunda bekar öğretmenlerin evli öğretmenlere göre yabancılaşma algılarının düşük düzeyde daha yüksek olduğu tespit edilmiştir. dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study is to examine the effects of gender and marital status on teachers' perceptions of organizational socialization and alienation through meta-analysis. In line with the developed screening strategy, 11 studies including the gender variable on organizational socialization, 4 studies including the marital status variable; 27 studies involving the gender variable on alienation and 20 studies involving the marital status variable were included in the meta-analysis. In the study, moderator analysis was performed in terms of school level and geographical region variables. All meta-analyses are based on random effects model. In the study Excel and Comprehensive Meta-Analysis programs were used. According to the results of the analysis, it was seen that male teachers have higher organizational socialization perceptions than female teachers in the Organizational language history sub-dimension, and married teachers have higher organizational socialization perceptions than single teachers in the Organizational Policy sub-dimension. In terms of alienation, male teachers' perceptions of alienation were higher than female teachers in the Meaninglessness and Isolation sub-dimension and single teachers' perceptions of alienation were higher than married teachers in the Isolation sub-dimension.
