Özet
Today, servo presses have been widely used in many sectors that do styling work due to their high work ability and easy shaping of complex parts. Servo presses have become an important option today due to their easy controllability, low energy consumption and fast interventions. Reading data from the load cell in the study and force-path parameters are also examined. In this study, the control of the orbital movement of the servo press is provided. Visualization and monitoring studies were carried out using the advantages of the LabVIEW program. Servo press has 5 tons (50kN) capacity and 400 mm stroke. The control of the servo press was carried out on the basis of LabVIEW software with the industrial orbital motion of the industrial pc in line with the data from the sensors in the field.
