dc.description.abstractBu araştırmanın amacı öğretmenlerin pozitif psikolojik sermaye algıları ile mesleğe adanmışlık düzeylerinin belirlenmesi ve aralarındaki ilişkinin ve öğretmenlerin kişisel özelliklerine göre algılarının farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığının belirlenmesidir. Nicel araştırma yaklaşımı benimsenerek gerçekleştirilen araştırma tarama modelinde ilişkisel bir çalışma özelliği taşımaktadır. Araştırma 2017-2018 eğitim öğretim yılında Siirt ili merkeze bağlı resmi kamu okulları ilkokul, ortaokul ve liselerde görev yapan 167'si kadın ve 207'si erkek olmak üzere toplam 374 öğretmen ile yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri; Kişisel bilgi formu, "mesleğe adanmışlık" ve "pozitif psikolojik sermaye" ölçeği aracılığıyla toplanmıştır. Ayrıca katılımcılara, araştırmacı tarafından oluşturulan demografik bilgi formu uygulanmıştır. Öğretmenlerin pozitif psikolojik sermaye algıları ile mesleğe adanmışlık düzeyi arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemek için korelasyon testlerinden Spearman's Rho'su testi uygulanmıştır. Demografik değişkenlere göre gruplar arasındaki farkı test etmede, Mann Whitney U ve Kruskall-Wallis H testi uygulanmıştır. Araştırma bulgularından elde edilen sonuçlara göre; öğretmenlerin pozitif psikolojik sermaye algıları "Çok yüksek'', Mesleğe adanmışlıkları "yüksek" olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmada mesleki adanmışlık ile pozitif psikolojik sermaye algısı arasında orta düzeyde pozitif yönde anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study is to determine whether the relation between teachers' perceptions of positive psychological capital and their dedication to the profession and their perceptions differ according to their demographic characteristics. The research carried out by adopting a quantitative research approach has a feature of relational study. The study was carried out with 374 teachers, 167 female and 207 male working in the official state primary, middle and turend schools in the province of Siirt in the 2017-2018 academic year. The data of the research was collected through two different scales: ''dedication to the profession and positive psychological capital''. In addition, a demographic information form was applied to the participants by the researcher. In order to determine the relationship between teachers' positive psychological capital perceptions and devation to the profession, Sperman's Rho'su Product Correlation technique was preferred in the conditions where assumptions were made from correlation methods. Mann Whitney U and Kruskall-Wallis H test were used to test the difference between groups according to demographic variables. According to the results of the research findings; teachers' perceptions of positivepsychological capital degree was ''too high''. Devation to the profession degree was found to be ''high''. In the research, it was determined that there was a significantly moderate positive relationship between professional devation positive psychological capital perception.
