Özet
Çalışmada öğretmenlerin ruhsal zekâ düzeyleri ile mesleki bağlılık düzeyi arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi amaçlanmış ve bu amaç doğrultusunda öncelikle konu ile ilgili alanyazın taraması yapılmıştır. Ardından öğretmenlere ruhsal zekâ ölçeği ve mesleki bağlılık ölçekleri uygulanmış elde edilen bulgular SPSS veri analiz yöntemi ile analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan değerlendirmeler sonucunda ruhsal zekâ ölçeği alt boyutlarında toplam puanların cinsiyet ve yaş değişkeni bakımından anlamlı bir farklılık göstermediği, katılımcıların mesleki bağlılık ölçeği alt boyutları olan; mesleki haz, sosyal kazanım, mesleki kariyer ve mesleki bağlılık ölçeği toplam puanlarının cinsiyet ve yaşlarına göre anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmadığı sonucuna varılmıştır. Ayrıca katılımcıların ruhsal zekâ ölçeği alt boyutları olan hayatın ruhsal boyutunu anlama, metafizik farkındalık, yüksek bilinç ve farkındalık durumuna girme, farkındalık, kişisel anlam üretimi ve ruhsal zekâ ölçeği toplam puanları arttıkça mesleki haz, mesleki kariyer, mesleki bağlılık toplam puanları arttığı da elde edilen sonuçlar arasındadır. In the study, it was aimed to examine the relationship between teachers' spiritual intelligence levels and their professional commitment level, and for this purpose, first of all, the literature on the subject was searched. Afterwards, the teachers' spiritual intelligence scale and professional commitment scales were applied and the findings were analyzed with the SPSS data analysis method. As a result of the evaluations, it was observed that the total scores of the sub- dimensions of the mental intelligence scale did not show a significant difference in terms of gender and age, and the participants' professional commitment scale sub-dimensions; It was concluded that there was no significant difference in the total scores of occupational pleasure, social achievement, professional career and professional commitment scales according to gender and age. In addition, as the total scores of the participants' spiritual intelligence scale, which are the sub-dimensions of understanding the spiritual dimension of life, metaphysical awareness, entering a state of high consciousness and awareness, awareness, production of personal meaning, and spiritual intelligence scale increase, the total scores of professional pleasure, professional career, and professional commitment increase. between.
