| dc.description.abstract | Bugün dünya üzerindeki gelişmiş ve gelişmekte olan bütün devletler, bölgesel farklılık problemleri ile karşı karşıya kalmaktadır. Devletler bölgesel farklılıkların yarattıkları problemleri çözebilmek için sosyal, ekonomik ve kültürel yapılarındaki nitelikler doğrultusunda, çeşitli bölgesel kalkınma politikaları yürütmektedir. 20. yüzyılın son çeyreğinde meydana gelen ekonomik krizler sonucunda değişen yapıya bağlı olarak, önemli üretim birimleri haline gelen KOBİ'lerin, bölgesel farklılıkların ortadan kaldırılmasında önemli bir araç olarak görüldüğü bilinmektedir. KOBİ'ler ülkenin tümünde aktif oldukları için bölgesel kalkınma üzerinde önemli etkileri vardır. Küçük ve orta büyüklükteki işletmelerin bölgesel kalkınmadaki etkilerinin incelendiği bu çalışmada kavramsal çerçeve üzerinde durulmuş ve KOBİ'lerin bölgesel kalkınma üzerindeki etkileri farklı açıdan ele alınmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu kapsamda, Siirt bölgesinde 2 ile 45 arasında çalışanı bulunan işletme sahipleri ile yüz yüze anket görüşmesi yapılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda, küçük ve orta ölçekli işletmelerin Siirt bölgesinin kalkınmasında hem sosyal hem de ekonomik alanlarda olumlu rol oynadıkları tespit edilmiştir. Bununla birlikte bu işletmelerin genel ve bölgesel anlamda bir takım problemlerle de karşılaştıkları saptanmıştır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Today, all developed and developing states in the world are faced with regional disparity problems. In order to solve the problems created by regional differences, states carry out various regional development policies in line with the characteristics of their social, economic and cultural structures. It is known that SMEs, which have become important production units due to the changing structure as a result of the economic crises that took place in the last quarter of the 20th century, are seen as an important tool in eliminating regional differences. Since SMEs are active throughout the country, they have a significant impact on regional development. In this study, which examines the effects of small and medium-sized enterprises on regional development, the conceptual framework is emphasized, and the effects of SMEs on regional development are tried to be discussed from different perspectives. In this context, face-to-face survey interviews were conducted with business owners with 2 to 45 employees in the Siirt region. As a result of the study, it has been determined that small and medium-sized enterprises play a positive role in the development of the Siirt region, both in social and economic areas. However, it has been determined that these enterprises also encounter some problems in general and regional terms. | |
