Özet
Bu araştırma, öğretmenlerin kültürel sermaye yeterlikleri ile sosyal sorumluluk temelli liderlik becerileri arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemek amacıyla ilişkisel desende yapılandırılmış bir araştırmadır. Araştırmanın evrenini;2018-2019 Eğitim-Öğretim yılında Siirt şehir merkezinde Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı'na bağlı kamu okullarında görev yapan 2326 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Örneklem seçiminde Rassal örnekleme yöntemlerinden biri olan küme örnekleme yöntemi kullanılarak 368 Örneklem Kümesine ulaşılmıştır. Araştırmada Avcı ve Yaşar (2014) tarafından geliştirilen "Kültürel Sermaye Ölçeği" ve (Külekçi-2015) tarafından geliştirilen Sosyal Sorumluluk Temelli Liderlik Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada verilerin dağılımını belirlemek için basıklık, çarpıklık, ortalama ve medyan parametreleri incelenmiş, verilerin normallik ölçütlerini karşıladığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında toplanan verilerin analizinde istatistik paket programından yararlanılmıştır. Araştırma dahilinde güvenirlilik analizi, frekans tabloları, bağımsız örneklem t-testi, ANOVA, korelasyon ve regresyon analizleri uygulanmıştır. Araştırma bulgularına göre öğretmenlerin kültürel sermaye yeterlik düzeyleri Eğitim düzeyi, kuşak, anne eğitim düzeyi, baba eğitim düzeyi, kıdem, branş ve yükseköğretim öncesi yaşadığı yere göre anlamlı fark göstermiş, cinsiyet,okul öncesi eğitim alma ,gelire göre anlamlı fark göstermemiştir. Ayrıca öğretmenlerin kültürel sermaye yeterlik ve Sosyal Sorumluluk Temelli Liderlik düzeyleri arasında pozitif yönlü çok düşük bir ilişki olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bu sonuç öğretmenlerin genel kültürel sermaye düzeyleri arttırıldığında genel sosyal sorumuluk temelli liderlik düzeylerinde düşük düzeyde artış olacağı,genel kültürel sermaye düzeyleri düştüğünde ise genel sosyal sorumluluk temelli liderlik düzeylerinde azalış olacağını göstermektedir.
This study was conducted by using relational design to examine the relationship between teachers' cultural capital competencies and social responsibility based leadership skills. The universe of the research; In the 2018-2019 academic year, there are 2326 teachers working in public schools of the Ministry of National Education in the city center of Siirt. Since it is difficult to reach the whole universe, sampling method was used. The sample selection was based on clustering sampling method. 368 were found suitable for analysis. In the research, Cultural Capital Scale developed by Avcı and Yaşar (2014) and Social Responsibility Based Leadership Scale developed by (Külekçi-2015) were used. In order to determine the distribution of the data, kurtosis, skewness, mean and median parameters were examined and it was concluded that the data met the normality criteria. Statistical package program was used in the analysis of the data collected within the scope of the research. Reliability analysis, frequency tables, independent sample t-test, ANOVA, correlation and regression analyzes were applied. According to the findings of the study, the cultural capital adequacy levels of the teachers showed a significant difference according to education level, generation, mother education level, father education level, seniority, branch and pre-higher education place, and there was no significant difference according to gender, pre-school education and income. In addition, it was determined that there was a very low positive relationship between teachers' cultural capital adequacy and Social Responsibility Based Leadership levels. This result shows that when the general cultural capital levels of teachers are increased, there will be a low increase in general social responsibility based leadership levels, and when the general cultural capital levels decrease, there will be a decrease in general social responsibility based leadership levels.
