Özet
Bu çalışma, 2 adet Macar fiği (Vicia pannonica) çeşidi olan Anadolu Pembesi-2002 (AP) ve Tarm Beyazı-98 (TB) ve Yulafın Kırklar (Y) çeşidi ile birlikte yalın ve farklı oranlarda (%25 AP:75 Y, 25 TB:75 Y, 50 AP:50 Y, 75 AP: 25 Y ve 75 TB:25 Y) karışım yapılarak silaj kalitesine etkisini belirlemek amacıyla Siirt Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi Tarla Bitkileri Bölümü deneme ve uygulama arazisinde 2022-2023 yetiştirme döneminde yürütülmüştür. Macar fiği çiçeklenme başlangıcı ve tam çiçeklenme döneminde biçim yapılırken, yulaf başaklanma başlangıcı ve tam başaklanma döneminde biçim yapılmıştır. Biçilen materyaller silaj kıyım makinesinden geçirilerek parçalanmıştır. Parçalama işleminden sonra bitki materyalleri tartılarak belirlenen oranlarda karıştırılmış ve 1 kg'lık cam kavanozlara doldurulmuştur. Kavanozların ağızları hava almayacak şekilde kapatılarak oda sıcaklığında 60 gün süreyle fermantasyona bırakılmıştır. Fermantasyon süresinin sonunda açılan silaj örneklerinde; silaj kuru madde oranı, pH, ham protein, asitte çözünmeyen lif oranı (ADF), nötr çözünmeyen lif oranı (NDF), sindirilebilir kuru madde oranı (SKM), kuru madde tüketimi oranı (KMT), nispi yem değeri (NYD), potasyum (K), fosfor (P), kalsiyum (Ca), magnezyum (Mg) içerikleri belirlenmiştir. Araştırma sonucuna göre; Ortalama değerler pH 4,4-4,96, silaj kuru madde oranı (%) 26,66-39,2, ham protein oranı (%) 9,45-16,20, ADF oranı (%) 35,05-39,92, NDF (%) 41,33-69,16, SKM oranı (%) 58,68-61,59, KMT oranı (%) 1,76-2,24, NYD 85,00-149,94, Ca %0,86-1,37, Mg %0,13-0,24, P %0,36-0,41, K %2,88-4,47 arasında değişmiştir. Tüm sonuçlar değerlendirildiğinde; Macar fiğinin çiçeklenme başlangıcında ve yulafın başaklanma başlangıcında yapılan biçimlerden elde edilen silajın kalite açısından daha üstün bulunduğu saptanmıştır.
This This study was conducted with two Hungarian Vetch (Vicia pannonica) varieties, Anatolian Pink (AP) and Tarm Beyazı-98 (TB) and Oat (Kırklar) (Y), in plain and different proportions (% 25AP:75 Y, 25 TB:75 Y, 50 AP:50 Y, 50 TB:50 Y, 75 AP: 25 Y, 75 TB:25 Y) in the trial and applica-tion field of Siirt University Faculty of Agriculture Field Crops Department in 2022 to determine its effect on silage quality. Conducted in the 2023 growing season. While Hungarian vetch was harvested at the beginning of flowering and full flowering, oats were harvested at the beginning of heading and full heading. The mowed materials were shredded by passing them through a silage chopping machine. After the shredding process, the plant materials were weighed, mixed in the determined proportions and filled into 1 kg glass jars. The jars were sealed airtight and left to ferment at room temperature for 60 days. In silage samples opened at the end of the fermentation period; silage dry matter ratio, pH, crude protein, acid insoluble fiber ratio (ADF), neutral insoluble fiber ratio (NDF), digestible dry matter ratio (SKM), dry matter consumption rate (DMT), relative feed value (NYD), potassium (K), phosphorus (P), calcium (Ca), magne-sium (Mg) contents were determined. According to the research results; average values pH 4,4-4,96, silage dry matter ratio (%) 26,66-39,2, crude protein ratio (%) 9,45-16,20, ADF ratio (%) 35,05-39,92, NDF (%) 41,33-69,16, SKM ratio (%) It varied between 58,68-61,59, BMT ratio (%) 1,76-2,24, NYD 85,00-149,94, Ca ratio 0,86-1,37%, Mg 0,13-0,24%, P 0,36-0,41%, K 2,88-4,47%. When all the results are evaluated; It has been determined that the silage obtained from cuttings made at the beginning of flowering of Hungarian vetch is superior in terms of quality. Keywords: Hungarian vetch, oats, mixing ratios, silage, quality
