| dc.description.abstract | Kentler zamanla, insan aşımıyla, doğal faktörlerle değişim ve dönüşüme muhtaçtır. Değişir ve dönüşürken hangi yöntemlerin kullanılacağı tespit edilmeli ve canlılık süreci boyunca doğru gelişim göstermesi amacıyla miadınca sürdürülebilir olmalıdır. Kentin dönüşeceği yerlerindeki eski dinamizmi korumak ve hatta daha ileriye taşımak önemli konulardandır. Bir başka önemli konu ise imar planıyla uyum sağlaması ve kentin ihtiyaçlarını karşılar nitelikte olmasıdır. Bunların hepsi tespit, plan, rapor kısmının vazgeçilmezleri olup işin ekonomi ve uygulama kısmına kontrollü geçişi sağlamaktadır. Kentsel dönüşümün yıkıp yeniden yapmak olarak görüldüğü günümüz Türkiye'sinde, aslında koruma, iyileştirme, yeniden dönüş, canlandırma, yenileme ve yeniden oluşum işlemlerini kapsamaktadır. İmar planı, gösterilen kentsel dönüşüm alan sınırlarıyla beraber tümden revize gerektirmektedir. Bazı toplanma, yaya yollarının aktif olduğu alanlarda ise kentsel tasarım projeleri yapılıp mikrodan makro plan ölçeğine mekânsal plan uyumu sağlanmalıdır. Çalışmanın amacı kentsel dönüşüm alanı olarak belirlenen yerlerde gerekli kısımlarda yeniden yapım, gerekli kısımlarda canlandırma, gerekse koruma çalışmaları yapımıyla rant sağlayan bir sistem olarak görülmemesini sağlamak, imar planıyla bütünlük sağlayan, ihtiyaçlara cevap veren, sosyal donatıları olup bir başka bölgeye bağımlı olmayan merkezlerin oluşumuna rehberlik eden bir yayım oluşturmaktır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Cities are in need of change and transformation with time, human overrun, natural factors. Which methods will be used when changing and transforming must be determined and must be permanently sustainable in order to develop correctly throughout the life process. Protecting the old dynamism in the places where the city will transform and even moving it forward are important issues. Another important issue is that it complies with the zoning plan and meets the needs of the city. These are all indispensable parts of the determination, plan, and report part, and provide a controlled transition to the economy and implementation part of the business. Urban transformation in contemporary Turkey is seen as making demolished again, in fact, conservation, rehabilitation, re-turn, animation, covers the renovation and re-formation process. The zoning plan requires full revision with the urban transformation area borders shown. In areas where some gathering and pedestrian roads are active, urban design projects should be carried out and spatial plan compatibility from micro to macro plan scale should be ensured.
