Özet
Bu tez 7 bölümden oluşmaktadır. Tezin ilk bölümü yerel olmayan türevleme operatörleri ile ilgili bilgilerden oluşmaktadır. İkinci bölümde fraktal kesirli operatörler, üçüncü bölümde fraktal kesirli operatörler altında ilginç kaotik çekiciler, dördüncü bölümde yeni diferansiyel ve integral operatörler, beşinci bölümde dang humması modeli ve altıncı bölümde fraktal ısı denklemi verildi. Son bölümde sonuç verildi.
This thesis contains seven section. The first section consists of non-local differentiation operators. In the second section, fractal-fractional operators have been given. In the third section, interesting chaotic attractors under fractal-fractional operators have been presented. In the fourth section, new differential and integral operators have been given. In the fifth section, the dengue fever model has been given. In the sixth section, the fractal heat equation has been discassed. In the last section, the conclusions have been presented.
