ACC deaminaz (1- amin-cyclopropone -1-carboxylic acid deaminase) aktivitesi gösteren bitki gelişimini teşvik edici bakteri (PGPB) uygulamalarının ekmeklik buğdayda (dinç) gelişme, verim ve verim öğeleri üzerine etkisinin belirlenmesi

Özet
Bu çalışma 2019-2020 yılında Siirt Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi Tarla Bitkileri Bölümü Laboratuvarlarında hazırlanan aşılı ekmeklik buğday tohumlarının, Mardin İli Artuklu İlçesi Çıplaktepe mahallesinde bulunan 108/8 nolu parselde tesadüf blokları deneme desenine göre 3 tekerrürlü ve 24 parsel olacak şekilde uygulanmıştır. Daha önceden tanısı yapılan Bacillus megaterium TV61C (azot bağlayıcı), Pseudomonas agarici TV24C (azot bağlayıcı), Brevibacillus choshinensis TV53D (azot bağlayıcı-fosfat çözücü), Arthrobacter globigormis TV126C (azot bağlayıcı) ve Serretia grimesii TV62D (azot bağlayıcı) bakterilerinin Dinç ekmeklik buğday çeşidinin gelişimi üzerine olan etkilerini belirlemek amaçlanmıştır. Yapılan testlerle bitki boyu (cm), başak boyu (cm), kardeş sayısı (adet), metrekarede başak sayısı (adet/m 2 ), başakta başakçık sayısı (adet/başak), başakta tane sayısı (adet/başak), bin tane ağırlığı (gram), tane verimi (kg/da), biyolojik verim (kg/da), hektolitre ağırlığı (kg/100 l), on başak ağırlığı (gram), protein (%), sedimantasyon (ml), yaş gluten (%) ve hasat indeksi (%) belirlenmiştir. Yürütülen çalışmada; Dinç ekmeklik buğday çeşidinde yapılan uygulamalarla bitki boyunun 49,63-57,80 cm, başak boyunun 6,06-7,70 cm, kardeş sayısının 2,50-3,10 adet, metrekarede başak sayısının 59,66- 79,66 adet/m 2 , başakta başakçık sayısının 13,86-17,23 adet/başak, başakta tane sayısının 16,56-47,23 adet/başak, bin tane ağırlığının 30,91-33,25 gram, tane veriminin 273,636-437,192 kg/da, biyolojik veriminin 837,2-1332,0 kg/da, hektolitre ağırlığının 79,36-83,36 (kg/100 l), on başak ağırlığının 16,30-23,16 gram, protein (%) 13,10-14,16, sedimantasyonunun (ml) 49,06-58,23, yaş glutenin (%) 32,30-34,63 ve hasat indeksinin ise % 26,9506-34,6627 arasında değiştiği belirlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak Dinç ekmeklik buğday çeşidinde tane verimi en düşük 273,636 kg/da ile Brevibacillus choshinensis TV53D (B3: azot bağlayıcı-fosfat çözücü) ile elde edilmiş olup, aşısız ve tam doz gübreleme uygulamasında tane verimi 373,450 kg/da olurken, en yüksek tane verimi 437,192 kg/da ile Serretia grimesii TV62D (B5: azot bağlayıcı) ile inokule edilmiş uygulamadan ve 397,711 kg/da ile Bacillus megaterium TV61C (B1: azot bağlayıcı) elde edildiği ve bu iki bakteri uygulamasının tane verimini önemli ölçüde arttırması sebebiyle mikrobiyal gübre materyali olarak kimyasal gübrelemeye alternatif olabileceği düşünülmektedir.
His study was applied to the grafted bread wheat seeds prepared in Siirt University, Faculty of Agriculture, Field Crops Department Laboratories in 2019-2020, in the parcel no. 108/8 in Masrdin Artuklu District, Çıplaktepe neighborhood, according to the randomized blocks trial design with 3 replications and 24 parcels. Bacillus megaterium TV61C (nitrogen-fixing), Pseudomonas agarici TV24C (nitrogen-fixing), Brevibacillus choshinensis TV53D (nitrogen-fixing-phosphate-solving), Arthrobacter globigormis TV126C (nitrogen-fixing) and Serretia grimesii TV62D (nitrogen-fixing) bacteria for Dinç bread wheat it was aimed to determine the effects on the development of the cultivar. Plant height (cm), spike height (cm), number of siblings (piece), number of spikes per square meter (piece/m 2 ), number of spikes per spike (piece/spike), number of grains per spike (piece/spike), weight of thousand grains (gram), grain yield (kg/da), biological yield (kg/da), hectoliter weight (kg/ 100 l), ten ear weight (gram), protein content (%), sedimentation (ml), wet gluten content (%) and harvest index (%) were determined.
