dc.description.abstractBu araştırmanın amacı öğretmenlerin psikolojik sağlamlıkları ile prososyal motivasyonları arasında ilişkiyi incelemektir. Araştırmada ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırma evreni 2020-2021 eğitim-öğretim yılında Siirt ilinde görev yapan 5081 öğretmenden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemi ise basit seçkisiz örnekleme yöntemlerinden tabakalı örnekleme yöntemiyle seçilen 564 öğretmenden oluşmaktadır. Araştırm kapsamında Karaırmak (2007a) tarafından Türkçe'ye uyarlanan "Psikolojik Sağlamlık Ölçeği" ile Kesen ve Akyüz (2016) tarafından Türkçe'ye uyarlanan "Prososyal Motivasyon Ölçeği" kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde betimsel istatistik, bağımsız örneklem t-testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA), korelasyon ve regresyon analizi teknikleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, öğretmenlerin psikolojik sağlamlıklarına ilişkin algıları orta düzeyde, prososyal motivasyon düzeylerinin yüksek düzeyde olduğu belirlenmiştir. Araştırmaya katılan öğretmenlerin psikolojik sağlamlıkları ve prososyal motivasyonlarına ilişkin algılarında bazı değişkenlerin anlamlı farklılık oluşturduğu belirlenmiştir. Yapılan korelasyon analizi sonucunda; öğretmen algılarına göre prososyal motivasyon ile psikolojik sağlamlıkta düşük düzeyde pozitif yönde anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu belirlenmiştir. Regresyon analizinde ise öğretmenlerde psikolojik sağlamlığın prososyal motivasyonu anlamlı bir şekilde yordadığı (%10) sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this research is to examine the relationship between teachers' psychological resilience and their prosocial motivations. Relational survey model was used in the research. The research population consists of 5081 teachers working in Siirt in the 2020-2021 academic years. The sample of the study consists of 564 teachers selected by sampling method, one of the simple random sampling methods. Within the scope of the research, the "Psychological Resilience Scale" adapted into Turkish by Karaırmak (2007a) and the "Prosocial Motivation Scale" adapted into Turkish by Kesen and Akyüz (2016) were used. In the analysis of the data, descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), correlation and regression analysis techniques were used. As a result of the research, it was determined that teachers' perceptions of their resilience were moderate, and their prosocial motivation levels were high. It was determined that some variables made a significant difference in the perceptions of the teachers participating in the study about their psychological resilience and prosocial motivation. As a result of the correlation analysis; according to teacher perceptions, it was determined that there is a low level positive significant relationship between prosocial motivation and psychological resilience. In the regression analysis, it was concluded that resilience in teachers significantly predicted prosocial motivation (10%).
