Özet
Çocuk edebiyatı eserleri kurguları içerisinde çeşitli mesajlar barındırmaktadır. Bu araştırmanın amacı Türkiye' de satılan yerli ve yabancı çocuk kitaplarında çocuk haklarının düzeyi ve nasıl yer verildiğini belirlemektir. Bu araştırma tarama modelinde betimsel bir çalışmadır. Araştırmanın veri kaynağını, 2019 yılında Türkiye' de internet aramasında çıkan kitap satış mağazalarından Kitap Yurdu, İdefix ve D&R sitelerinde çok satılan yazınsal çocuk kitapları oluşturmaktadır. Bu kapsamda belirlenen 11 kitaptan doküman incelemesi yoluyla elde edilen veriler, betimsel olarak incelenmiştir. Araştırma ile Çocuk Hakları Sözleşmesi'nde yer alan temel çocuk haklarından çocukların eşitliği hakkı, çocukların gelişme hakkı, çocukların korunması hakkı, çocukların büyümesi ve sağlığı hakkı, çocukların aşağılanmasının önlenmesi hakkı, çocukların katılım hakkı, birlikte yaşama kültürü, çocuk kültürü ilkesi esas alınarak okumalar gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışma ile beraber, çok satılan çocuk kitaplarında insan haklarından hareketle çocuk haklarının sezinletilmesine dönük iletilerin bulunduğu ve bu iletilerin bazılarının cümlelerde doğrudan aktarıldığı, bazılarının ise dolaylı (örtük) olarak verildiği görülmüştür. Çocukların çocuk hakları sözleşmesinde geçen esas haklarını duyumsatan ve iletilerini örtük olarak veren kitaplarla buluşturulması gerekir. Çocuklara dönük yazılan diğer yapıtların da aynı amaç ve bakış açısıyla incelenmesi gerektiği bu araştırma kapsamında varılan bir sonuçtur.
Works of children's literature contain various messages in their fiction. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of children's rights and how they are included in domestic and foreign children's books sold in Turkey. This research is a descriptive study in the screening model. The data source of the research is literary children's books, which are widely sold on the sites of Yurt, Idefix and D&R, from book sales stores that appeared on the Internet search in Turkey in 2019. The data obtained through document review from the 11 books determined in this context have been studied descriptively. Child rights children children's rights to basic research and the equality of the rights set out in the convention, the children of the right to development, the right to the protection of children, the health and growth of children rights, the right of children to prevent the humiliation, the right to participation of children, the culture of living together, the child's culture on the basis of principles were read. Along with the study, it was seen that there were messages about the awareness of children's rights based on human rights in children's books that were sold a lot, and some of these messages were directly transmitted in sentences, and some were given indirectly (implicitly). Children should be brought together with books that express their fundamental rights set out in the convention on the rights of the child and give their messages implicitly. It is a conclusion reached within the scope of this research that other works written for children should be examined with the same purpose and point of view.
