dc.description.abstractH. 10. yüzyılda yaşamış olan Ahmed b. Rûhullah, din ve Kur'an-ı Kerim'e hizmet eden âlimlerinden biridir. Kadı Ahmed, Gence - Azerbaycan'da doğmuş, daha sonra eğitim amacıyla Osmanlı devletine yönelmiştir. Osmanlı devletinin sınırının genişlemesiyle birlikte Ahmed bin Rûhullah, birçok okulda öğretmenlik yapmış, farklı yerlerde kadılık görevlerinde bulunmuştur. Bununla beraber o, faydalı eserler yazarak bu topraklarda saygın bir şahsiyet haline gelmiştir. Kadı Ahmed, çok sayıda kitap, haşiye ve risale yazmıştır. Bu yazdığı eserler arasında tezimin konusu olan "Fatiha Suresi'nin Tefsiri" oldukça önem arzetmektedir. El yazma olan bu eser, ihtiyaca binaen tahkik ve tahlil edilerek matbu formatına getirilmeye çalışılacaktır. Mahtut, yazar tarafından bir giriş, iki makale ve bir sonuç olarak düzenlenmiştir. Birinci makale, Fatiha Suresi'nin isimlendirilmesiyle ilgili konuları; ikinci makale ise Fatiha Suresi'nin tefsirini içermektedir. Kadı Ahmet, başlangıçta Fatiha Suresi'nin tamamını kısa bir şekilde açıklamıştır. Bununla beraber Zemahşeri, Razi ve Beyzavi'nin tefsir kaynaklarına değinerek daha çok dirayet tefsir metodunu kullanmış, istiâze ve besmele ile ilgili meseleleri fıkıh çerçevesinde detaylıca ele almış, sonrasında ise ayetleri geniş bir şekilde açıklayıp Dil, Belağat, Fıkıh, Usul ve Kıraat farklılığı konularını incelemiştir. Ayrıca Kur'an İlimleri, Mantık, Ahlak, Beyan konularına değinerek Fatiha Suresi'nin Mekki-Medeni oluşunu izah etmiştir. Yeri geldiğinde Kelam konularını, Mutezile görüşlerini dile getirip red etmiştir. Bazı konuların sonunda âlimlerin ve fukahaların görüşlerini zikrederek sahih olan görüşü tasvip edip bu konularla ilgili incelemelerde bulunmuştur. dc.description.abstractAhmed B. Rûhullah, who lived in the 10th century Hijri, is one of the scholars who served religion and the Qur'an. Kadi Ahmed was born in Ganja - Azerbaijan, and later turned to the Ottoman Empire for education. With the expansion of the borders of the Ottoman sultanate, Ahmed bin Rûhullah taught in many schools and served as kadi in different places. However, he became a respected figure in these lands by writing useful works. Kadi Ahmed wrote many books, annotations and epistles. Among the works he wrote, "The Tafsir of Surah Fatiha", which is the subject of my thesis, is very important. This manuscript will be tried to be brought to the printed format by examining and analyzing according to the needs. The epistle was organized by the author as an introduction, two articles, and a conclusion. The first article deals with the naming of Surah Fatiha; The second article includes the interpretation of Surah Fatiha. Qadi Ahmet briefly explained the whole of Surah Fatiha at the beginning. However, by referring to the tafsir sources of Zemahşeri, Razi and Beyzavi, he used the method of prudence tafsir, discussed the issues related to istiâze and basmala in detail within the framework of fiqh, and then the verses in a wide manner. He explained and examined the issues of Language, Rhetoric, Fiqh, Usul and Qiraat differences. In addition, he explained the Meccan-Civilized nature of Surah Fatiha by touching on Qur'anic Sciences, Logic, Ethics, and Declaration. When appropriate, he expressed the issues of Kalam and the views of Mu'tazila and rejected them. At the end of some topics, he mentioned the views of scholars and fuqahas, approved the sound view and made investigations on these issues.
