Fitness egzersizleri yapan kişilerde ergojenik yardımcıların bazı fiziksel ve fizyolojik değişimler üzerine etkisinin incelenmesi

Özet
Bu çalışma fitness egzersizleri yapan kişilerde ergojenik maddelerden besinsel yardımcı kullanmanın bazı fiziksel ve fizyolojik değişimler üzerine etkisinin incelenmesi amacıyla yapıldı. Araştırma 18-30 yaş arasında özel spor merkezlerinde spor yapan toplam 21 gönüllü kişiyle sekiz haftalık orta yoğunluktaki egzersizleri içeren bir program uygulanarak gerçekleştirildi. Kişiler sekiz hafta boyunca, haftada 3 gün 45 dakika olacak şekilde egzersiz programına tabi tutuldu. Egzersiz programına başlamadan önce ve sonra Siirt Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi'nde kan tahlilleri yapılıp, spor merkezlerinde Inbody 120 cihazında vücut kompozisyon ölçümleri yapıldı ve Sağlıklı Yaşam Biçimi Davranışları Ölçeği uygulandı. İstatistik analizler SPSS 22 paket programında ve anlamlılık düzeyi p<0.05 olarak değerlendirildi. LDL, HDL, protein, prolaktin ve insülin değerlerinin öntest, sontest sonuçlarında farklılıklar olduğu gözlendi. Sağlıklı yaşam biçimi davranışları ölçeğinde stres yönetimi ve sosyal destek alt boyutlarında anlamlı farklılık gözlemlendi (p<0.05). Sonuç olarak; sekiz haftalık orta yoğunluktaki egzersizleri yapan kişilerde bazı fiziksel ve fizyolojik değişimler incelendiğinde, ergojenik yardımcı kullanan ve kullanmayanlar arasında LDL, HDL, protein, prolaktin ve insülin değerleri dışında birçok parametrede anlamlı farklılığa rastlanmamıştır. Bu bağlamda, ergojenik desteklerin vücuttaki etkilerini inceleyebilmek için çok daha uzun süreli çalışmalara ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır.
This study was conducted to investigate the effect of using nutritional aids from ergogenic substances on some physical and physiological changes in people who perform fitness exercises. The research was carried out by applying a program consisting of eight weeks of moderate intensity exercises with a total of 21 volunteer people aged 18-30 who play sports at the sports and life center with a total of eight weeks of moderate intensity exercises dec People were subjected to an exercise program for eight weeks, 3 days a week for 45 minutes. Before and after starting the exercise program, blood tests were performed at Siirt Training and Research Hospital, body composition measurements were performed on the Inbody 120 device in sports centers in the same way, and a Healthy Lifestyle Behavior Scale was applied. The statistical analysis was performed in the SPSS 22 package program and the significance level was evaluated as p<0.05. At the end of the study, there was no difference in the results of pre-test and post-test hemogram values and results between the groups, while there were differences in the results of pre-test dec post-test LDL, HDL, protein, prolactin and insulin values. A significant difference was observed in the stress management and social support sub-dimensions of the healthy lifestyle behaviors scale (p<0.05). As a result, eight-week moderate-intensity exercises and some physical and physiological changes of the individuals who were examined, and among those who use it to help ergogenic uses, LDL, HDL, protein, prolactin and insulin values were found significant differences in many parameters outside. In this regard, much longer-term studies are needed to be able to study the effects of ergogenic supports on the body.
