Özet
Bu çalışmada son dönem masal anlatıcılarından ve yazarlarından Judith Malika Liberman'ın masallarının değerler eğitimi açısından incelenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Judith Malika Liberman'ın üç masal kitabı ve dört resimli masalı araştırmanın kapsamını oluşturmaktadır. Bu kapsamda "Masal Terapi", "Bir Masal İyi Gelir", "Masallarla Yola Çık", "Önce Hayal", "Yola Çık", "Taş Çorbası" ve "Mutluluk Bir Kıvılcım" masalları analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmanın asıl amacı, araştırmaya konu alan masallarda Milli Eğitim Bakanlığının 2019'da Türkçe Dersi Öğretim Programında belirlediği on kök değerin (adalet, dostluk, dürüstlük, öz denetim, sabır, saygı, sevgi, sorumluluk, vatanseverlik ve yardımseverlik) hangilerine yer verildiği ve ne sıklıkla işlendiğini tespit etmektir. Resimli masal kitapları ilkokul; masal kitapları da ortaokul ve lise seviyesindeki çocuklara uygundur. Araştırmada doküman incelemesi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Masallardaki değerler tespit edilerek elde edilen veriler not edilmiştir. Değerler tanımlanarak incelenen eserlerdeki iletiler sayfa numaralarıyla her değere ait tabloya yansıtılmıştır. 10 kök değer içerisinde en fazla öz denetim ve sevgi değerinin işlendiği görülmüştür. Saygı değeriyle ilgili tutumlara diğer değerlere oranla daha az rastlanmıştır. Anahtar Kelimeler: Judith Malika Liberman, Masal, Değer, Değerler Eğitimi
In this study, it is aimed to examine the tales of Judith Malika Liberman, one of the late storytellers and writers, in terms of values education. Judith Malika Liberman's three fairy tale books and four illustrated tales constitute the scope of the research. In this context, the tales "Fairy Tale Therapy", "A Fairy Tale Does Good", "Go on the Road with Fairy Tales", "Dream First", "Go on the Road", "Stone Soup" and "Happiness is a Spark" were analyzed. The main purpose of the research is to determine which of the ten root values (justice, friendship, honesty, self-control, patience, respect, love, responsibility, patriotism and helpfulness) determined by the Ministry of National Education in the Turkish Language Teaching Program in 2019 are included in the tales subject to the research and how often. is to detect that it has been committed. Picture story books for primary school; Fairy tale books are also suitable for children at middle school and high school levels. Document review method was used in the research. The values in the tales were determined and the data obtained were noted. The values are defined and the messages in the examined works are reflected in the table for each value with page numbers. It was observed that among the 10 root values, the values of self-control and love were processed the most. Attitudes related to the value of respect are less common than other values.
