| dc.description.abstract | Bu araştırmanın temel amacı, ilkokul öğretmenlerinin uzaktan eğitim uygulamalarına ilişkin görüşlerini incelemektir. Araştırmada, nicel ve nitel araştırma desenlerinin birlikte kullanıldığı karma araştırma desenlerinden açımlayıcı sıralı desen kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, 2021-2022 eğitim- öğretim yılında Siirt ili sınırları içinde Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı'na (MEB) bağlı devlet ve özel ilkokullarda görev yapan ilkokul öğretmenleri oluşturmaktadır. Bu bağlamda çalışmanın nicel boyutunda 447 katılımcıya, nitel boyutunda ise 15 katılımcıya ulaşılmıştır. Araştırmanın veri toplama aracı olarak; araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen "Öğretmen Uzaktan Eğitim Uygulamaları Değerlendirme Ölçeği (ÖUEUDÖ)" ve "Yarı Yapılandırılmış Görüşme Formu" kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde SPSS bilgisayar paket programı kullanılmıştır. Nicel verilerin analizi için normallik testine başvurulmuş ve verilerin normal bir dağılım sergilediği görüldüğünden parametrik testlerden Bağımsız Gruplar t-testi ve ANOVA testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın nitel verilerinin analizinde ise içerik analizine başvurulmuştur. Araştırmanın sonucunda; öğretmenlerin uzaktan eğitim uygulamasına ilişkin görüşlerinde mezuniyet, kıdem, sınıftaki öğrenci sayısı, teknoloji kullanma düzeyi ve uzaktan eğitim uygulamalarını kullanma konusunda kendilerini yeterli hissetme durumu değişkenlerinin anlamlı farklılık gösterdiği ancak cinsiyet ve branş değişkenlerinde anlamlı farklılığın olmadığı görülmüştür. Aynı zamanda öğretmenlerin uzaktan eğitimin tek başına uygulanmasına ilişkin olumsuz görüşlere sahip oldukları fakat uzaktan eğitim ve yüz yüze eğitimin birlikte kullanılması konusunda daha olumlu görüşlere sahip oldukları görülmüştür. | dc.description.abstract | The main purpose of this research is to examine the views of primary school teachers on distance learning applications. In the research, the exploratory sequential design, which is one of the mixed research designs in which quantitative and qualitative research designs are used together, was used. The study group of the research consists of primary school teachers working in public and private primary schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education (MEB) in the province of Siirt in the 2021-2022 academic year. In this context, 447 participants were reached in the quantitative dimension of the study and 15 participants in the qualitative dimension. As the data collection tool of the research: The "Teacher Distance Learning Evaluations Scale" and "Semi-Structured Interview Form" developed by the researcher were used. SPSS computer package program was used in the research. Normality test was used for the analysis of quantitative data and since it was seen that the data showed a normal distribution, Independent Groups t-test and ANOVA test were used from parametric tests. Content analysis was used in the analysis of the qualitative data of the research. As a result of the research: It was seen that the variables of graduation, seniority, number of students in the class, level of technology use and feeling competent in using distance learning applications differed significantly in the views of teachers on distance learning practice, but there was no significant difference in gender and branch variables. At the same time, it was found that teachers had negative views on the implementation of distance learning alone, but they had more positive views on the use of distance learning and face-to-face education together.
