Özet
The main aim of this study is to determine the profile of the managers in public schools of Diyarbakir province. Determination of the manager profile aims to quantify the common features of the public school managers and intends to fit the statistical indicators so as to be seen by everyone. This study, aiming to determine the profile of the school managers, is in descriptive survey model. The sample of the study (selected randomly) is 318 public school managers 17 districts centers in Diyarbakir province. As data collection tool "School Manager Profile" questionnaire developed by Tasdan, Tösten, Bulut and Karakaya (2013) was used. Some of the remarkable results of the research are as follows; from the managers 91.5% are male; 97.2% know English as foreign language; 40.6% have a postgraduate education; 86.7% have no experience abroad; 89.3% do sports; 68.8% support Turkey's EU membership, 71.3% support the solution process, 58.8% did not express opinions about Turkey's refugee policy; 58.8% do not need additional business and 82.9% have union membership.
