Abstract
Bu araştırmada, Siirt ve Batman illerindeki devlet okullarında görevli rehber öğretmen/psikolojik danışman algılarına göre okul yöneticilerinin kapsayıcı liderlik davranışları ile rehber öğretmen/psikolojik danışmanların örgütsel mutluluk düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır.Araştırmanın evrenini, 2021-2022 eğitim öğretim yılında Siirt (220) ve Batman (446) illerinde görev yapan toplam 666 rehber öğretmen/psikolojik danışmanoluşturmaktadır. Örneklemi ise basit seçkisiz random yöntemiyle seçilen Siirt ve Batmanil ve ilçelerinde bulunan 33 okul öncesi, 90 ilkokul, 146 ortaokul ve 153 lise eğitim kurumlarında görev yapan 422 rehber öğretmen/psikolojik danışmandan meydana gelmektedir.Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak "Kişisel Bilgi Formu", "Kapsayıcı Liderlik Ölçeği" ve "Örgütsel Mutluluk Ölçeği" kullanılmıştır.Araştırmanın analizlerinde SPSS 22 paket programı kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada betimsel istatistik, bağımsız örneklem t-testi, ANOVA testi, Tukey testi, Pearson korelâsyon analizi ve regresyon analizi teknikleri kullanılmıştır.Rehber öğretmen/psikolojik danışmanların algılarına göre okul yöneticilerinin kapsayıcı liderlik davranışlarının "sıklıkla" düzeyde olduğu saptanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, rehber öğretmen/psikolojik danışmanların örgütsel mutluluk algılarının ise benzer şekilde "yüksek düzeyde'' olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Araştırma bulguları, okul yöneticilerinkapsayıcı liderlik davranışları ile rehber öğretmen/psikolojik danışmanların örgütsel mutluluk algıları arasında pozitif yönde ve yüksek düzeyde anlamlı bir ilişki olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Yapılan regresyon analizi sonucunda ise okul yöneticilerinkapsayıcı liderlik davranışlarının rehber öğretmen/psikolojik danışmanların örgütsel mutluluğunu yordadığı görülmüştür. Genel olarak okul yöneticilerinin kapsayıcı liderlik davranışları öğretmenlerin örgütsel mutluluk düzeylerine ait varyansın %37'sini açıkladığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
In this study, it was aimed to examine the relationship between school administrators' inclusive leadership behaviors and school counselors/psychological counselors' organizational happiness level according to the perceptions of school counselors/psychological counselors in public schools in Siirt and Batman provinces. Relational survey model was used in the research.The central of this study consists of a total of 666 school counselors/psychological counselors that working in the provinces of Siirt (220) and Batman (446) in the 2021¬2022 academic years. The sample consists of 422 school counselors/psychological counselors working in 33 pre¬school, 90 primary school, 146 secondary school and 153 high school education institutions in Siirt and Batman provinces and districts, selected by simple random method. "Personal Information Form", "Inclusive Leadership Scale" and "Organizational Happiness Scale" were used as data collection tools in this research. In the analysis of this research SPSS 22 package program was used. Descriptive statistics, independent sample t¬test, ANOVA test, Tukey test, Pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis techniques were used in this research. According to the perceptions of the school counselors/psychological counselors, it was determined that the inclusive leadership behaviors of the school administrators were at a "high level". As a result of the research, it was determined that the organizational happiness perceptions of the school counselors/psychological counselors were similarly at a "high level". The research findings reveal that there is a positive and highly significant relationship between school administrators' inclusive leadership behaviors and school counselors/psychological counselors' perceptions of organizational happiness. As a result of the regression analysis, it was seen that the inclusive leadership behaviors of school administrators predicted the organizational happiness of the school counselors/psychological counselors. In general, it was concluded that school administrators' inclusive leadership behaviors explained %37 of the variance of teachers' organizational happiness levels.
