dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, Siirt ve çevresinde yetişen bazı endemik bitkilerin soxhlet ekstraksiyonu ve subkritik akışkan ekstraksiyonu yöntemleri kullanılarak ekstraksiyonları yapılmıştır. Elde edilen örnekler, GC-MS'de analiz edilmiş ve cihaz yapısında bulunan Wiley7Nist05.L, NIST05a.L, and W9N11.L kütüphaneleri referans alınarak bileşikler tespit edilmiştir. Bunun yanında Eremurus Spectabilis Bieb, Allium Vineale L. ve Allium dictyopracum CA Mayer ex Kunth bitkilerinin soxhlet ekstrelerinin analizi sonucu feneolik bileşikler ve konsanrasyonları, toplam fenolik miktarı, antioksant miktarları tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca bu bitkilerin eser element analizleri de ICP-MS ile yapılmıştır.
dc.description.abstractIn this study, some endemic plants grown in Siirt and its vicinity were extracted by using soxhlet extraction and suubcritical water extraction methods. The obtained samples were analyzed by GC-MS and the compounds were determined by reference to the libraries of Wiley7Nist05.L, NIST05a.L, and W9N11.L found in the instrument structure. In addition, as a result of the analysis of soxhlet extracts of Eremurus Spectabilis Bieb, Allium Vineale L. and Allium dictyopracum CA Mayer ex Kunth plants, feneolic compounds and their concentrations, total phenolic content, antioxidant amounts were determined. Trace element analyzes of these plants were also performed by ICP-MS.
