dc.description.abstractYapılan bu araştırmada Siirt ilindeki süt sığırcılığı işletmelerinin yapısal özellikleri incelenmiş ve değerlendirilmiştir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda il merkezi ve 6 ilçede toplam 250 adet süt sığırcılığı işletmesinde anket yapılmıştır. İşletmelerde işletmecilerin %18,4'ünün okuma yazma bilmediği ve okuma yazma bilenlerin %52'sinin ilkokul mezunu olduğu bilinmektedir. İşletmelerde %40,8 oranında melez ırk kullanılmakta ve en çok tercih edilen işletme süt sığırcılığı işletmeleridir. Barınak malzemelerinde en çok taş yapılar kullanılmaktadır ve bu barınakların tabanları %50,6 oranında toprak malzemeden yapılmaktadır. İşletmelerde yem fiyatları yüksekliği, destekleme primlerinin azlığı ve veteriner hizmetlerinin yetersizliği en önemli sorunlar olarak tespit edilmiştir. İşletme sahiplerinin hemen hemen yarısı başka bir işi olmadığından dolayı bu mesleği seçmeye yöneldiği sonucuna varılmıştır
dc.description.abstractIn this study, the structural properties of dairy cattle farms in Siirt province were investigated and evaluated. For this purpose, a total of 250 dairy cattle farms were surveyed in the provincial center and 6 districts. It is known that 18.4% of the operator are illiterate and 52% of those who are literate are primary school graduates. 40.8%of the breed is used in enterprises and the most preferred enterprise is dairy cattle farms. The most common stone structures are used in shelter materials and the floors of these shelters are made of 50.6% of the soil material. The high level of feed prices in enterprises, the low support premiums and the inadequacy of veterinary services were identified as the most important problems. It has been concluded that almost half of the owners of the business tend to choose this profession because a they do not have another job.
