This study is based on correlational survey model. The population of the study consists of teachers of Turkish, Mathematics, Religion and Ethics, Social Sciences, Sciences, Technology and Design, Information Technologies, English, Art, Music, Physical Education and Sports working in the Ministry of Education teaching in 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grades in 2014-2015 education year in the city center of Siirt; the sample includes 319 teachers chosen by random sampling in the fields of Turkish, Mathematics, Religion and Ethics, Social Sciences, Sciences, Technology and Design, Information Technologies, English, Art, Music, Physical Education and Sports teaching in 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th grades at 10 secondary schools. As data collection tool, “Value Education Survey”, developed by Koç (2015) of which validity and reliability studies are conducted in the light of expert opinions and pre-implementation results, is used and In analyzing the data, frequency, percentage, mean and chi-square are used.
