The study was conducted with atotal of 50 mixed-breed dogs (26 males and 24 females). Anaplasma phagocytophilum/platysantibodies were detected in 5 of the dogs (10%). None of the tested dogs were positive for D.immitis antigen or L. infantum and E.canis antibodies.
