The way how literary works deal with historical events can not be expected to be the same with history of science because of author’s emotions written in literary works.Therefore it is not possible to consider literary works as historical evidence. But if the subject is to set forth each aspects of an historical event, there is need to use every kind of information, document and source. Divan poetry which is the most important work of Classical Turkish Literature is significant source of political,cultural and social events.
