Araştırmada ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini, 2020-2021 eğitim-öğretim yılında Mardin ili merkez Artuklu ilçesinde bulunan ilkokul, ortaokul ve lise eğitim kurumlarında görev yapan toplam 2698 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini ise seçkisiz örnekleme yöntemlerinden tabakalı örnekleme yöntemiyle seçilen 378 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak, "Okul Müdürlerinin Hizmetkâr Liderlik Davranışları Ölçeği" ve "Okul Örgütsel Mutluluk Ölçeği" kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde SPSS 22.0 paket programı kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada betimsel istatistik, bağımsız örneklem t-testi, ANOVA testi, Tukey testi, Pearson korelasyon analizi ve regresyon analizi teknikleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, öğretmenlerin örgütsel mutluluk algılarının "yüksek düzeyde'' olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Öğretmen algılarına göre okul müdürlerinin hizmetkâr liderlik davranışlarının yüksek düzeyde olduğu saptanmıştır. Araştırma bulguları, okul müdürlerinin hizmetkâr liderlik davranışları ile öğretmenlerin örgütsel mutluluk algıları arasında pozitif yönde ve yüksek düzeyde anlamlı bir ilişki olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Yapılan regresyon analizi sonucunda ise okul müdürlerinin hizmetkâr liderlik davranışlarının öğretmenlerin örgütsel mutluluğunu olumlu yönde yordadığı görülmüştür. Araştırma sonuçlarına dayalı olarak önerilerde bulunulmuştur.The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between teachers' perceptions regarding servant leadershıip behaviors of school principals and their organizational happiness. Relational survey model was used in the study. The population of the research consists of a total of 2698 teachers working in primary, secondary and high school education institutions in the Artuklu district of Mardin province in the 2020-2021 academic year. The sample of the study, consists of 378 teachers selected by stratified sampling method, one of the random sampling methods. In the study, " Servant Leadership Behaviors Of School Principals Scale" and "School Organizational Happiness Scale" were used as data collection tools. SPSS 22.0 package program was used to analyze the data. Descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Tukey test, Pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis techniques were used in the study. As a result of the study, it was found out that teachers' organizational happiness perceptions are at a "high level". it was found out that according to perceptions of the teacher, servant leadership attitudes of school principals are at a high level. The findings of the study, put forward that there is a positively and high level meaningful relationship between servant leadership behaviors of school principals and organizational happiness perceptions of teachers. As a result of the regression analysis, it was found that the servant leadership behaviors of the school principals positively predicted the organizational happiness of the teachers.
