Çalışmada kriz kavramı, ekonomik kriz kavramı ve kriz olgusu üzerinde literatür araştırması yapılarak krizin özellikleri, müdahale edilmesinde izlenecek yöntemler ile 1929 Ekonomi Buhranından başlayarak dünyada meydana gelen ekonomik krizler ve bu krizlerin Mali etkileri, etki alanları, yarattığı sonuçlar ve bu krizler karşısında alınan tedbirler ortaya konulmuştur. Ayrıca 1980 Banker krizinden 2020 yılında Tüm dünyada etkili olan COVİD – 19 pandemisine kadar meydana gelen krizlerin Türkiye Ekonomisi üzerindeki mali etkileri araştırılarak, krizlere karşı alınan tedbirler incelenecek ve bu krizlerden sonra ülke ekonomisinin genel durumu incelenmiştir. Çalışmadan elde edilen çıkarımlar çerçevesinde, Türkiye'de ekonomik kriz durumlarında, özel sektör ekonomisinin girişimcilik arzını artıracak ve dış yatırımları ülkeye çekecek ekonomi ve maliye politikalarının etkin olacağı kanaatine varılmıştır.In this study, first of all, by researching the crisis and the phenomenon of crisis, the crises that occurred in the world and in Turkey, starting from the 1929 Economic Depression, and the financial effects of these crises on the Turkish economy are investigated. In the study, a literature research was conducted on the concept of crisis, the concept of economic crisis and the phenomenon of crisis, and the characteristics of the crisis, the methods to be followed in intervention, the economic crises that occurred in the world starting from the 1929 Economic Depression and the financial effects of these crises, their areas of impact, the results they created and the measures taken against these crises were revealed. . In addition, the financial effects of the crises on the Turkish Economy, from the Banker crisis of 1980 to the COVID-19 pandemic, which was effective all over the world in 2020, were investigated, the measures taken against the crises were examined, and the general situation of the country's economy after these crises was examined.
