For the research, description method is applied. In order to prepare the items of the questionnaire, interviews are conducted with teachers about the subtitles; "Gains", "Teaching Stations", "Reading Texts", "Writing Practices", "Grammar Topics", "Measurement and Evaluation" and", "Visual Reading". The items of questionnaire are prepared from data obtained from the conducted interviews, Turkish lessons primary education schedule guide, the researches done about Turkish textbooks and resources of different theoretical. The answers of the questionnaire made of 50 items are arranged as "completely agree", "Agree", "Undecided", "Not agree", "Never agree". For scope validity expert opinions are made use of, and the reliability coefficient (cronbach-alpha) is found 96 at the study of reliability. It is tried to be determined via statistical techniques, that whether the opinions of the class teachers about the appropriateness and sufficiency of Turkish textbooks with the program, vary according to different coefficients or not.
