Özet
Arapça "cem" kökünden türemiş olan "mecmua" kelimesi, "toplama, yığma, toplanmış, birikmiş" anlamlarına gelmektedir. Edebiyat terimi olarak ise farklı şairlere ait olan çeşitli şiirlerin bir araya getirilmesiyle oluşan eserlerin genel adıdır. Şiir mecmuaları, Klasik Türk Edebiyatı çalışmalarına büyük oranda katkı sağlayan ve yazıldıkları dönemin zihniyetini içinde barındıran önemli kaynaklardır. Çalışmamızın konusu, Ankara Milli Kütüphane Yazmalar Koleksiyonu'nda "Mecmûa-i Eşâr" adıyla 06 Mil Yz A 2713 ve 06 Mil Yz A 2762 arşiv numaralarında kayıtlı olan iki şiir mecmuasının incelenmesi ve Şiir Mecmualarının Sistematik Tasnifi Projesi'ne (MESTAP) göre tasnifidir. Çalışmamızın "Giriş" bölümünde mecmuanın tanımına ve edebiyat tarihimizdeki önemine değinildikten sonra MESTAP hakkında bilgi verilmiş, "Birinci Bölümü"nde, bu iki şiir mecmuasının şekil ve muhteva bakımından tanıtımı yapılmıştır. "İkinci Bölümü"nde, bu iki şiir mecmuasının çevriyazılı metnine yer verilmiştir. "Üçüncü Bölümü"nde, her iki şiir mecmuası için ayrı ayrı "Mecmuaların Sistematik Tasnifi Projesi (MESTAP)" tablosu verilmiş, "Dördüncü Bölümü"nde, her iki şiir mecmuasında yer alan şairlerin biyografilerine yer verilmiştir.
The word "mecmua", derived from the Arabic root "cem", means "gathering, heaping, collected, accumulated". As a term of literature, it is the general name of the works that are composed of various poems belonging to different poets. Poetry journals are important sources that contribute to the studies of Classical Turkish Literature and contain the mentality of the period they were written. The subject of our study is the examination of two poetry journals registered in the Ankara National Library Manuscripts Collection under the name of "Mecmûa-i Eşâr" with archive numbers 06 Mil Yz A 2713 and 06 Mil Yz A 2762 and their classification according to the Systematic Classification Project of Poetry Magazines (MESTAP). In the "Introduction" section of our study, after the definition of the magazine and its importance in the history of literature, information about the MESTAP was given, and in the "First Part", these two poetry journals were introduced in terms of form and content. In the "Second Part", these two poetry journals were translated with transcription. In the "Third Part", the "Systematic Classification of Magazines Project (MESTAP)" table was given separately for both poetry journals, and in the "Fourth Part", the biographies of the poets in both poetry journals are included.
