Özet
The aim of this study is to determine views of the teachers regarding to the organizational climate in primary
school who are currently employed in primary schools. The scanning model research was applied to 305
teachers who work at primary school in Van city centrum. The research data were obtained with
Organizational Climate Scale at School which was formed by researchers via adapting the Organizational
Climate Scale’s to primary schools that was developed by Bilir (2005). The research findings were presented,
discussed in sub-dimensions and necessary proposals have been made. In this study, it was concluded that
teachers have medium-level perception towards school climate in primary schools.
